ALBA Student Portal ("we", "our", or "the Portal") is operated to manage student registrations, attendance, academic records, and fee information for enrolled students and their families.

The portal uses GPS location at the time of registration to verify physical presence at the institute. By registering, you consent to this one-time location check.
Attendance records marked through the portal are considered official. Any disputes regarding attendance must be raised directly with institute administration.
Scores, assignments, and results displayed on the portal are entered by institute staff and are considered official records. Students who believe a record is incorrect should contact administration immediately. The institute reserves the right to correct errors at any time.
Fee records displayed on the portal are for informational purposes only. The portal does not process payments. All fee transactions must be conducted directly with institute administration. Fee records are updated by staff and the portal reflects those updates.
The portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee that the portal will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all data will be current at all times. Always confirm critical information (fees, results, attendance) directly with institute administration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the portal, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruption.
The institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the portal for any student who violates these Terms of Use or who is no longer enrolled at the institute. Upon termination, your session data will be cleared and your Student ID will be deactivated.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this portal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
